In-Person Reiki

In-person sessions at White Lily Reiki are received fully clothed on a warm, comfortable treatment table. Reiki is offered with light healing touch or completely hands-off, just above the body, depending on what feels right for you.

Each session begins with a brief guided meditation to help the breath slow and the body transition out of the pace of the day. The Reiki itself unfolds through slow, attentive hand placements — quiet support for the nervous system to soften out of its protective bracing.

Many clients arrive carrying chronic stress, burnout, autoimmune or chronic illness, recovery, grief, or sensory overwhelm. Sessions are held gently and without expectation, alongside any medical or mental health care you may already receive.
