Distance Reiki is a form of remote restorative care. You settle somewhere comfortable — a sofa, a bed, a chair near a window — and the session is held for you at the agreed time. There is no need to travel, no transition back into traffic afterward.
Many clients find distance sessions especially supportive during illness recovery, postpartum, periods of burnout, low-energy days, or simply when staying home feels like the kinder choice. Some describe it as warmth, quiet, sleepiness, or a soft sense of being held.
Each session includes a guided meditation to help the nervous system settle, followed by the full Reiki treatment, and space afterward to reflect and reorient gently.
